Ok, I’ll admit, it’s been way too long since we blogged a wedding. With so many beautiful celebrations, we’ve been so busy submitting to publication that our own blog has fallen to the wayside! But no more! You can expect a lot more weddings to hit the blog soon!

Michelle and Matt’s wedding day was the perfect reflection of their personalities – easy going, fun and sweet! They are both HUGE animal lovers, so they brought their dogs along, and they were a blast to watch! Since Michelle is an equine veterinarian, we even got to include a horse in their portraits, which was stunning! The whole day was just an absolute joy to be a part of! These two are so sweet and more reserved, but there’s no doubt in my mind that they’re crazy for each other. It was such a sweet thing to capture their relationship!

We also filmed their wedding, which you can watch below!

This is the Matt’s truck which he restored himself. Pretty impressive. According to Michelle, it’s a pretty tight match of who Matt loves more, his truck or his dog.

Michelle and Matt hand wrote their vows, and they were EPIC! The stories they referenced definitely made them even cooler in my book! These two have traveled quite a bit together so their vows hit on several of the adventures they shared together.

Props can be fun, and I was definitely excited about using the horse and the truck, but what REALLY got me excited about their portraits was how comfortable they felt around each other.  That kind of love gets a photographer all giddy!
