Quality time with loved ones is something I’ve always loved, but since leaving home years ago for college and later marriage, I’ve come to realize that quality time with my own family is something I really do cherish greatly.  As I’m sure you can relate – you don’t really value the time you get to spend with your family until it only happens every month or so.  It would make sense then that this is one of my favorite things about the holidays.  I love the time that Lindsey and I get to spend with my family, fulfilling traditions and making new ones.

So when we heard that Bonnie and Chris would be having an intimate bed and breakfast ceremony with just about a dozen of their closest family members only two days before Thanksgiving, we were ecstatic!  From sharing meals together to walking through a nature preserve, we loved getting watch two families become one.  And we loved that we were invited to share in their beautiful celebration!  It reminded me of the time we get to spend with our families during the holidays and how just time spent together can forge great memories!  This is also why we love camping so much, but that’s another story!  Anyways, we just really loved getting watch all the fun and fellowship that was had by these two families and are so happy for Bonnie and Chris!
