We had the privilege of being at Natalie and Zach’s rehearsal dinner, and it was such a treat to hear their closest friends and family toast to them. One thing that we heard over and over again was how strong this couple is, not only together, but as individuals. Zach has been deployed multiple times while they’ve been together, and so many people talked not only about Natalie’s unwavering loyalty and strength, but what a rock Zach is to those he cares about. Y’all, there were a lot of tears at that dinner, and I was crying just watching Natalie and Zach. They are the real deal, and it was so evident how excited they were! After so much waiting, their time was finally here! It may have rained most of the day on Saturday, but nothing could keep away the joy of Natalie and Zach. Both of them were grinning ear to ear all day and that kind of joy is contagious! They were SUCH troopers when it was drizzly during their portraits, and I’m not going to lie, I think they’re our new poster couple for how to rock portraits even if it rains on your wedding day!
Zach’s family is from South Carolina, so Natalie and Zach wanted to give their guests a taste of some of the best of Texas! Their wedding day was actually on Texas Independence Day! Yep, that was this past Saturday, but if you’re reading this and from Texas, you already knew that of course! Everything from Whataburger late night snacks, to pies and Blue Bell were the perfect touch of Texas. And of course we can’t forget the Texas flags flown by their guests as they made their grand exit.
I also have to give a HUGE shout out to Shannon from Shannon Rose Events. She styled all of Natalie’s stunning bridal details. Y’all, this is (one of the many reasons) why you should work with a planner/stylist! We felt so spoiled, and the photos turned out amazing!
We’re so thrilled to share their wedding on the blog today! Natalie and Zach, we hope you two are loving sunny Jamaica, y’all deserve it!
Natalie’s first dance with her Dad was simply the sweetest!
Zach doing what we learned was his signature “raise the roof” dance move, haha!
